• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms in your signed agreement.

Due to the nature of our services, returns are not applicable. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in your agreement.

• By booking with us, you grant permission to use event photos for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
